Creating a Recipient Using Document or Section Properties

If the recipient you need is not available, you can create a local recipient resource from the Recipients tab in the Document Properties, New Section or Edit Section dialogs.

To create a recipient in Document or Section Properties

  1. In the Document Properties, New Section or Edit Section dialog, click Recipients to display the Recipients tab.
  2. Click Create button.
  3. Enter a Name and Description. For naming conventions, see the The New Recipient Dialog.
  4. Click OK when done.
Tip You can also create a recipient resource using the Manage Resources dialog.
